My Process

Let’s work together to make your brand stand out, tell a story and communicate with your target audience.

I’ll create custom graphics and illustrations designed to increase the aesthetic appeal of your brand.

How it works:

  • Client contacts me via enquiry form or email

  • We get in touch to discuss your needs and get an understanding of the project

  • After deciding to work together, I’ll send an invoice for 50% deposit and design agreement

  • I’ll then send through a brand questionnaire and any other information required before our discovery call such as gathering some visual examples/inspo for the brand

  • We then get on a call and discuss the project details, brand strategy and graphic elements

  • I’ll do some competitor research. Make a word map using key words to describe the business and put together a moodboard or stylescape to get a vision of the brand/project

  • Show moodboard to the client. After the client is happy with the direction, I start on initial sketches and designs

  • Client call (or recorded video) to go through concepts. 1x round of major revisions can be made

  • Develop chosen designs into final black & whites. Present to client and x1 of revision here

  • Finalise & add colour treatments

  • Present final versions of designs. 1x small round of revision/tweaks can be made here if needed

  • Final invoice sent

  • After designs are finalised and final payment is received, I get all final files ready for output

  • Create brand guideline book and other chosen deliverable (if applicable)

  • Client call to run through guidelilne book and answer any questions

  • Supply all deliverables in Google drive in digital &/or print ready file formats (JPG, SGV, AI, PDF, PNG)

  • Offboard client
